Coloring page based on Edward Burne-Jones’s design “The Tree of Life” for a mosaic in St. Paul’s Within the Walls, Rome (mosaic completed 1894). It shows the Redeemer with Adam and Eve and their children. The Latin text, which I’ve also included in translation written on the page, is John 16:33: “In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good courage – I have overcome the world.”
